Beer Pong Tables Blueprints

few days ago I was given the cedar and so I got the idea of \u200b\u200bcandy.
I sprinkled some magazines and revised some blog and I finally found a recipe that seemed convincing enough.
The end result is good then it can be published and the source is the blog of Piero

Ingredients:
  • untreated cedar
  • orange untreated water as needed

sugar to taste Rinse the citron and orange, and dry them. Cut the peel leaving about 2 mm in white, put the peels in a pot with cold water and bring to a simmer. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Cool the peels in the cooking water then drain and transfer to a pentolaadagiate on the bottom. Measure the water, weigh it and cover the rind. Cook over low heat until peels are soft. Add as much sugar as was the weight of water (eg 600 ml. Water and 600 gr. Sugar) stir over low heat until the sugar has dissolved and boil for several minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 24 hours. Place back on heat and boil for 5 minutes and let rest for another 24 hours. Finally, again boil for several minutes, drain off the peel and dry them on a grill for a couple of hours.
Transfer to a sterilized airtight container and then store in refrigerator or a cool place.
