MEATBALLS WITH MUSTARD AND CABBAGE (I happen to like me)
for meatballs
minced pork and veal
egg
dry bread soaked
parsley
garlic salt pepper
grain mustard
I did I browned the meatballs in the oil then I set aside and I've dropped the cabbage, cut into strips with the vegetable stock I joined the meatballs and cook.

How To Change A Cigarette Recepticle

Ingredients:
For the dough: 375 gr
  • .
  • 150 grams of flour. margarine at room temperature
  • 80 ml. icy salt water
For the filling:
  • 500 gr. of ricotta
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 200 gr. smoked bacon, thinly sliced \u200b\u200b
  • 150 gr. of smoked cheese into small cubes 1 egg
  • salt pepper
Place the center of the pastry flour, margarine and remaining ingredients. Stir the mixture until it is homogeneous and compact, and then place it in the fridge for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, place ricotta in a bowl the salt, pepper and egg. Clean the lettuce, wash it and give it a gentle boil for 2 or 3 minutes. Allow to cool lettuce, finely chopped e quindi aggiungerla alla ricotta. Foderare con la pasta uno stampo di alluminio tenendo da parte 1/3 dell'impasto. Porre sulla pasta la farcia di ricotta, quindi la pancetta ed infine la provola. Chiudere con il restante impasto. Porre in forno preriscaldato a 180° per circa 30 minuti fino a doratura.

E' ottima sia calda che fredda

Per riprendere dopo tanti giorni di silenzio ci voleva un dolce, tanta dolcezza!!!ci sono notizie che paralizzano che ti confondono ma poi bisogna andare avanti.
Il primo ottobre e il primo novembre due care amiche hanno compiuto i loro 50 anni allora ci voleva una torta che fosse adatta all'occasione, poi quando le cose vengono fatte con il cuore la soddisfazione che ne segue è tantissima

Il pan di spagna è il solito quello senza lievito
