When I saw this recipe on a German blog than Alex's favorite photos and cookers are now went into the garden to cut a cabbage, I bought the meat and I started work, as you know the garden is still full of cabbage and cap the only drawback is that so let's call it floating in the water as it rains For months now and my country is no longer recognizable as seems to be in Venice!!
MEATBALLS WITH MUSTARD AND CABBAGE (I happen to like me)
for meatballs
minced pork and veal
egg
dry bread soaked
parsley
garlic salt pepper
grain mustard
I did I browned the meatballs in the oil then I set aside and I've dropped the cabbage, cut into strips with the vegetable stock I joined the meatballs and cook.
