Ciambellone and Cornette
Days go run run always thought this and that i am very tired from yesterday but not lavoraaaaaa! start my holiday vacation time will not be but a little more time for me but I sicuramente.Intanto my boys my boys is wonderful for a while that are not in school, then we take advantage to make a long breakfast and what could be better than a good croissant? few things ah ah ah so when I read about this fast and good pastry (too bad I do not remember on which blog I read) but Thank you so much the same then maybe try and upgrade, and with this pastry I tried to do simple croissants with butter that I like so much, goes round and round I've tried so many recipes have not yet reached the perfection that I understand but we slowly come! is to be noted that the recipe for puff pastry and I've made croissants and swivels.
BASIC INGREDIENTS:
300g of flour (I used 150gr 150gr oe oo)
300g of butter (I used 250 as a normal loaf)
150gr of fresh water better fridge
salt
only foresight to put the stick of butter at least a day or a night on the first freezer and cut into squares when taken from the freezer open for good and put together the flour and salt in a mixer paddle and add the water slowly turn up to make big crumbs (I used the tool in hand, but I assure you that was the last time D and I'll buy the electric one soon.)
then I knocked on the baking paper dusted with flour I worked a bit on the cake I cleared out a rectangle and I made famous by putting the bottom folds up less than half and cover with the top of this for about 5 times it is easy perhaps adding a dash of flour every time if it becomes too sticky to put a 5 m 'in the fridge to resume and continue after the end put it in the fridge half an hour then the rectangle, with nearly an inch in height to cut the triangles (which I then wrapped on sugar but I think maybe you better put it on after bathing with a bit of milk) and I immediately fired the croissants at 200 degrees for about 15 m 'should be golden to remove from the oven, warm are wonderful but cold.
It does not stop here for breakfast because lately I'm doing a lot of times a simple ciambellone good good flea in milk; D
