Brazilian Wax Minnesota

Nutella Delight Doughnut




Ingredients:


For the base:

  • 100 gr. baking flour (or alternatively 1 / 2 packet of baking powder)
  • 100 gr. margarine 3 eggs
  • 100 gr.

  • sugar For the filling:
    • 500 ml. whipped cream
    • 200 gr. nutella
    • 250 gr.
    • mascarpone 100 gr. icing sugar
    • 40 gr. chopped hazelnuts
    For decoration:
    • smarties
    • nutella waffles
    sweetened cocoa mix to form a compound Cream margarine and sugar, then add the eggs and flour. Spread the mixture in 2 round pans the same size covered with parchment paper. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes. Leave to cool
    Apart mix the whipped cream into the mascarpone, icing sugar and Nutella. Place the first disc on a tray, cover with the stuffing (taking a little 'aside for decoration), add the chopped hazelnuts and close with the other disk. Spread the cocoa powder on the coverage, form and then add sprigs of smarties and waffles with Nutella to complete the decoration.


    This cake is made fast enough in and not very complicated, so good in this period when you want something sweet and fresh but at the time staesso not want to sweat by the stove ...
