The aroma of this dish still remember my grandmother's kitchen but it was cooked over the fire in an iron pan.
I of course I have cooked on the gas and I did everything separately and then combined at the end to keep the potatoes a little clearer that would otherwise become darker and so are golden.

spicchietti cut the peppers and fry the garlic in the meantime the potatoes and onions, remove the garlic from the pan and add peppers, potatoes and onions fried in the same pan a sprinkling of oregano turn around and the smell that emanates is wonderful.
