Spirals of pasta with ricotta and olives stuffed with bacon




Recipe practical, easy and fast way to open the afternoon ...


Ingredients: 250 gr

  • pastry 350 gr. Roman ricotta cheese 1 egg

  • 40 gr. of green and black olives pitted
  • 80 gr. smoked bacon diced
  • salt pepper
Roll out the pastry into a rectangle and divide it into 2 equal parts. Apart
terrinal'uovo mix in a beaten egg, ricotta, salt and pepper. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. For an add the chopped olives, the other equally chopped bacon. Spread the farce about two rectangles of puff pastry, roll and cut into spirals. Place the spirals on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cook together for about 10 minutes or until golden brown in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
Remove from the oven, let cool and place in a baking dish. Serve warm.
are also good cold for a party or a picnic.
